Practice with real autonomy inside a collaborative, physician-led group. Our PAs carry their own panel, manage acute and chronic care across the lifespan, and have physicians down the hall when a second opinion helps.
What you'll do
Evaluate and treat patients of all ages — acute illness and injury, chronic disease, preventive visits, physicals, and immunizations
Order and interpret labs, EKG, X-ray, spirometry, and ultrasound available on site
Prescribe under your practice agreement, including controlled substances
Perform office procedures: laceration repair, I&D, skin biopsy, joint injections, splinting
What you need
- Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program, master's degree
- Michigan PA license (or license-eligible before start) and current NCCPA certification
- DEA registration and Michigan controlled substance license
- A written practice agreement with one of our participating physicians, executed before you begin seeing patients
New graduates are welcome; primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine experience is a plus.
