Katelyn graduated from Western Michigan University in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She enjoyed 8 fulfilling years at the bedside in various specialties including emergency, pediatric, and post-operative care. She received her master’s degree from the University of Michigan- Flint and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She believes in building a trusting relationship with her patients and focuses on disease prevention, as well as health promotion. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, Bella.
