You can book an appointment by calling our main clinic number or through our online portal. If you're a first-time patient, you'll be guided through a simple registration process.
For most services, a referral is not necessary. However, some specialized treatments or consultations might require a referral from a primary care provider. It's always a good idea to check with our front desk or your insurance provider.
Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card, any relevant medical records, and a list of current medications. If you've been referred, bring the referral documentation as well.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, especially if it's your first visit. This allows ample time for any necessary paperwork and ensures a smooth check-in process.
Yes, MHS offers a range of diagnostic and testing services, including laboratory testing and X-rays. If your provider deems it necessary, these tests can be conducted during your visit.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient and ensures efficient scheduling for all.
